We attended at your premises in April 2019 to purchase LED lights. We have now attempted to return/exhange (defective) and was told by the same sales person (as per the receipt John McCallun) who assisted us when first purchasing the lights that we did not purchase it from your store. This is even after presenting him with the receipt. Please will you peruse the relevant sections (defective goods, six month period, no repair if requested to refund or exchange) of the Consumer Protection Act and revert before the close of business on 22 August 2019 failing which we will have no other alternative but to take this further.
