The owner was very kind, he helped me sort out a situation at the store and gave me great customer service as well as prompt feedback. The Russian chip rolls are amazing

Visit this store when we need a spice fix of some masala or spices. Huge variety of both Indian and Asian spices. They also have a take away menu for curries, roti rolls, bunny chows and samosas. I haven't tried the food but have ordered their samosas. They are good. I also like to buy their butter biscuits and sweetmeats from them. Burfee and jalebis are good. I don't find gulab jabs often though. The biscuits that I bought this time around was extremely fresh. Enjoyed them. I saw that they had puri patha in stock. The cooked ones this time. Great store. Friendly staff

Nice little gem in Cradlestone Mall. The sit down restaurant was amazing. Large portions of excellent food, minimal waiting time and a clean and friendly environment. Very good value for money. Will make it my new go to in Cradlestone.

Unfortunately although the meat in my lamb curry was nice and tender, there is no way this could be termed curry. It was just stew, definitely not cooked by an authentic Indian cook, lacking in the subtle complexities of the delicious spices sold in the shop. Have tried three times over three months: lamb biryani, lamb bunny and lamb curry&rice, each time is different but all like stew. So disappointing because we are originally from Durban and unable to find anything close to Durban curry on the West Rand
