Very friendly and helpful salesman before and while you are busy buying a car, of course for the commission I suppose. Afterwards, after the sale was made, rude and unhelpful. Customer service very poor after they got their sale. Will definitely not recommend.

Very rude, arrogant and racist lady by the name of Marike at ford service reception/admin. They had misplaced my service book when I received my car from minor work I had done on it. When I went back to enquire about it, I was was welcomed with a rude and arrogant attitude and was assured no one has touched my book, after extensive arguments, the book finally appeared as the technician's who worked on the car had removed it from the car, she didn't even apologize as she was too proud to apologize. Very poor customer service.

I am unhappy with the customer service provided. When I was buying a car from Leons Motors, service was great, but since then I had to wait ages for any service. They forgot to stamp my warranty book after a service, mulitple times. They've lost my service book only to find it a month later. Normal service took two days even though my vehicle was at the shop first light. It feels like they do not care about servicing vehicles and only about selling vehicles.
