Staff is very friendly!! Had to get emergency stitches on Christmas eve, even though the nurses and doctors couldn’t be with their families, they were sooo kind and helpful!! I wish I had all their names and numbers so I could personally thank each of them! Great job guys you REALLY love what you do!! You are awesome!!

Seriously as from the moment I walked into the Clinic I personally felt like I was the king around. All staff is very friendly and helpful. The clinic is permanently cleaned, nurses and other staff members are great! Food is more than enough and also very tasteful. Personally I recommend Medicare Rustenburg to any other medical health practitioner. Keep it up guys you all are doing a awesome job!!!!!!!! Thank you all!!!!! I have to thank specially all nursing staff in the Petunia ward, you guys are highly trained and very helpful. Not to forget Rita's canteen and staff. God bless you all!!!!
Mom just had a stroke, was at Medicare with an hour of the epidose and for 4 hours only got bloods and CT scan done. Dr. Sebata says they did all they could???!! What a hot mess! We missed mom's 5 hour treatment window while she was sitting in the emergency room... Medicare you can do better! And the cheeky nurse did not help.
I went for biopsy yesterday and I must say I am extremely impressed with the service that I got from the team that assisted me. It made the process easier, the ladies took me through the whole process before we started and throughout the entire process they kept on checking if I was ok. Thank you so much.
I came from Brakpan / Springs area. I was totally over joyed with this top hospital and their very dedicated and passionately personel. I would recomend this hospital any day as one of the best Spesially the staff of Petunia ward and don't foget Rita's tea room
