In store service is good but Telephonic service is poor. The number presented doesnt even go through when you try to call. Please update the number if it has changed or have a designated online personal. It would help alot.

How pleasant can one one person be Mr. Multitude Hlangwane is so kind and helpful. Assisted my elderly mother with blacklisting her phone. Thanks for offering her a chair and just going the extra mile. The lines are very long but they are very kind and helpful.

Worst service ever... incompetent manager & staff bad attitude. No stock!!! Drove 136km for upgrade as preferred by customer care consultant Mariamo Pillay ......Best thing of my day was to cancel 2 contracts at Waterfall Mall Rustenburg... while being at Telkom Waterfall Mall other customer complained about bad service...I have been struggling 2weeks to do a simple upgrade. Online, via phone and at Waterfall Mall Rustenburg Telkom no luck....
