Stunning views from the cottages - direct access to the MTB routes. The staff members were very friendly and "chatty". The restaurant was great! Bedding and rooms are comfortable and clean. The only thing that bothered me was the bathrooms that felt a bit outdated. Special thanks to Aron at the gate for helping me with luggage and looking after our things!

Excellent service by all staff members. On arrival we were welcomed by a lady called chantè who went out of her way to make us comfortable. A gentleman called Siemens, was very obliging and checked on us every evening during his shift. We stayed in a suite overlooking the river. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Free unlimited Wi-Fi that worked properly. One suggestion to the resort would be to change the family room flooring into wood or tiles from the current carpets.
Best place to be for holiday or weekend away river running just behind with a nice view of mountains an swimming pool inside what a place go an experience it yourself

Can't say anything about the food, because I didn't not get to it. Phoned before hand to know if the restaurant is open. Was told yes. We got there, no one knew what is happening with the restaurant, because breakfast was allready served. Was asked what we wanted to eat at the reception. Was not offered a table or a menu!!! How will I know?!?! Absolutely unacceptable. Went to Woodsman to have lunch
