Appalling treatment of customers My 4 year old daughter was roughly handled (reprimanded and pulled) by the store owner. My daughter was traumatized and crying when the lady claimed that she was smudging the writing on a chalkboard in the store. When I told the lady and her husband that unkind handling of my child is not welcome I also pointed out to her husband that the writing on the chalk board was not smudged. They justified the lady’s actions by rudely addressing us in public. I feel that the lady wrongtfully reprimanded and harassed my child.
