We were off to a good start, they seemed professional. However, professionalism soon faded, calls were not returned and emails not responded to. We took occupation 20 days ago, we are still not in receipt of ownership papers. We've received no electrical, beetle or plumbing certificates. Our funds were in a trust account, we're still awaiting our refund. We had to request the final recon, which is a standard document which the purchaser receives prior to taking occupation. Too many standard procedures falling off the table, which is unacceptable. We've left messages but as is standard with this firm, nobody has responded.
Ayaz and Abdullah are pathetic Purchased a property was meant to move in on the 10th of November 2020 only managed to move in on the 15th of January 2021 Needed to appointment a new lawyer to handle the matter as they failed to be of any help. They are pathetic, the service was horrible I wouldn't recommend that anyone deals with them in the future Ayaz and Abdullah will put this law firm in jeopardy because of their unprofessional. They'll be hearing from proper lawyers

I recently procured a property and Salie and Salie was the transferring attorneys. When the previous owners did not honour their OTP obligations, Ayaz Camrodoen and Adullah Salie set up several meetings which the previous owners . There were multiple email exchanges without resolution. The previous owners failed to honour these meetings and Salie and Salie failed to act deceively. They kept on asking me to be patient and give the owners more time. I have taken the matter to the law society. Neshaan Peton
