We arrived with vouchers/free passes issued at school valid untill 30 November. Just to be told on 3 November that vouchers are not valid anymore...due to COVID?! Not all families can afford to dig out the sudden shortfall for the outing planned and promised to a child. Uncool.
Closed at the moment but when opened up gives satisfaction gaurenteed
It was the best experience I've had from a theater. . . Firstly they have a beanbag theater where you chill on, take your shoes off, have popcorn etc, also the manager was really awesome, she welcomed us in her office to view trailers of the movies so we could decide which movie to watch. She even took us to the beanbag theater and sit on the beanbags. . . Also they were operating during loadshedding, not like other places where you have to reschedule your time or you have to reschedule your day. . . Other movie theaters should take note and try to be more like this place. . . Friendly and customer centric. . .

Really tops theater. Well run with good selection of movies. Online booking works excellent.
Real pity.... such a nice setup, clean, seems to be well managed but the bean bag theater sound is really poor: Low volume, no surround effects. Even went out mid movie to advise them of the low volume (another client had already complained) and they advised “its set at the correct volume” Really poor that they did not invest in proper sound equipment.... a home theater has better sound Wont be back ... unfortunately!
