Bike shop Rivonia, purchased a motor cycle from them and took delivery of it today, I got outstanding service, of which I thought didn't exist anymore, from the professional sales team, to the very helpful workshop, to the wash bay, can't thank them enough, "Thank you" and I highly recommend them for your next motorcycle, 5 Stars

If I could award 0 stars, I would. Wanted to believe that their service was amazing and that I would possibly be purchasing my first bike from them...Sadly I would not recommend them at all, especially after what I've witnessed through all the drama a close friend of mine has had to endure since purchasing a bike from them last year. If you are a bike lover, take your business elsewhere (possibly Bike Shop Boksburg or even through private sellers). These people are quick to make a sale and slow to resolve problems should they arise (not to mention the dishonesty). Pathetic service guys... Hopefully the Ombudsman forces you to pull up your socks...I'm seriously disappointed.

Welcoming and great customer service I had from James and Kyle since from the day I bought my Suzuki Burgman 125cc till today when I brought my baby for her first 1000km service. However they didn't give a motorcycle warranty and service book and said "I will never need it.".
