CallForce is a business that deals with recruiting. They have a language center where they offer English language classes to Asian students. As a business, they are just okay. As an employee, it might not be what you might expect.

Clean and very proffessional stuff. The security is always on guard. Call Force Johannesburg is the best. The training and induction period exposed me to so much, I have learnt a lot. How to give the customer the best and quality. This keeps you on your toes! I love this kind of pressure. This is all thanks to the opportunity that Call Force Johannesburg has granted. I must say the most thanks to my trainer Zanele Tlaka! The quality of training she offers during induction is exceptional. She calmed most of us, she exposed us to the reality of the business, she is simply the best. She corrected us with so much patience. And lols, she made it clear where we cannot compromise i.e like dozing off on duty. Zanele Tlaka is the best!!! She makes you want to do the level best, and helped me view things differently, how to respond when I am under pressure. To always be calmed. I bet she has some degree in psychology!!! Thank you call force for this awesome exposure. And oh...where do y'all get so much energy?! I must say, I love how much everyone is dedicated to their work. Once more, thank you to my trainer Zanele Tlaka.
Too demanding especially nightshift overtime and little rest days. Nice environment if you are only committed to it. Otherwise you shouldn't have a second life. I'll work there for as long as they accept me, when i can.
Most unprofessional company. Lack of communication. No growth and managers have no knowledge of fair labour practice.
Great company. If you want to make a difference in the world, this is the place to be. Great energy. Being trained by Zanele has been the best experience so far, she is amazingly friendly and easy to talk to. She always has such a positive impact on her trainees, and she just pushes you to be your best self. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel welcome.
