Mr Du Plessis in my opinion works with a realtor Kings Estates and I. My opinion together with a buyer gets the sellers to use his firm even though not requested Let's cash offers be extended by clauses in the agents contract Took 7 months to get my property transferred Then added on R10, 000 for keys as the purchaser van Der Merwe wanted the keys delivered to him The keys were housed at a realitor not 1 km from his offices Du pkessua then deducted a further R30, 000 from my proceeds as he said there were extra costs to his services I was the seller My interests were never taken care of My end of proceeds costs have been manipulated by du Plessis He refuses to take my calls Currently is holding R41, 000 of my money Update Still awaiting the return of my money!!!!!!! He has now completely refused to take my calls! Have to go to the law society!
