AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID BUSINESS!! Absolutely terrible. Empty promises from the beginning . Dropping lines the whole time. No responds on anything you send. If I could give zero stars I would have. Take the time to search for companies with the same services with better reviews that is not reviewed by employees!!

We signed a contract with them and believe me, one star is too good Printer stopped working in less than a week of arriving Every week we would call for a technician, which would sometimes take weeks for them to come

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Sales rep makes a whole bunch of promises that are just not true. Terrible after sales service. Do not support them.

Best work environment with one of the largest service offerings in the market servicing more than 3000 customers.

Beware of Assetfin & Daisy Business Solutions. Go and read reviews on Hello Peter before you consider using this company for your business needs. They conveniently forget to explain to you that once the contract physically expires, you still have a 90 days cancellation period you have to pay for the printer every month. This 90 days cancellation is obviously just there to extort an extra 3 months from unsuspecting clients. All they say is sorry you signed the agreement. As a bonus, good luck if you got your printer through Daisy Business Solutions. They do not explain the process or reply to communication. We informed Daisy Solutions that we cancelling the printer almost 20 days before it expired and it was not submit to Assetfin until we followed up why they have not collected the printer 2 weeks after it expired. Daisy keeps telling us we will be refunded and they will look into why we are still getting debited. Assetfin claims to know nothing and according to them still have to pay for 3 months after we stopped using the printer when the agreement ended. We will NEVER make use of either of these unethical companies again. Great thing to come from this issue is Daisy Business Solutions recently wanted to come and see us for our almost 50k a month PABX bill too. I am grateful that we dodged this bullet!

You guys are pathetic, unethical, completely overpriced thieves! I hope whoever wants to sign up with you reads your hellopeter results first! Funny that all the 5 star reviews are from employees... Fraudsters!

Stay far away from Daisy Business Solutions. We have Daisy as our internet and telephone solutions provider for a few years. For the last 6 months the service we received got worse and worse. Our internet was down several times a day and their technicians kept on blaming it on "last mile" without providing a solution or offer a temporary alternative. When the internet went down so did our phone lines, which meant we kept on losing money. It got so bad that sometimes half of the day our business was without any phone services. When our phones did work, it kept on crossing lines with various other businesses in the area as well as dropping the few calls that did came through correctly. After a lot of discussions and empty promises they changed our pabx, but the problems still persists. Even the connection of the telephone's internet connection was changed. Their final answer was that we should put in fibre lines, at additional cost, to solve the problem. Now another few months has passed with no feedback or any improvement, just stating that we have to wait for the fibre installation. We potentially lost millions of rands in revenue due to a barely functioning telephone and internet service. Daisy is the most useless company we ever came across, full of empty promises and no service. We are fed up with their excuses and will recommend everyone to stay FAR away from them.
