I would like to really appreciate my Therapist Fifi from the fourways branch for being outstanding. We started a journey of Micro-Needling in December because I have terrible scars and breakouts. Three months later my skin is improving and we still have two more treatments. She has been patient, encouraging and very gentle. Everytime I see her I feel like I've had a therapy session because she cares. Today she also painted my nails and made me feel extra special. In the times we live in it gives one hope to have such care and a beautiful treatment.

It was my facial product that captured my eyes when passing by, entering there I was welcomed warmly by Cynthia who also told me they also do LEDs with the product... that is when she won my heart :-) From there, every treatment has been special, I feel like a queen when I go for treatments. So this gem of a place, filled with passionate, kind and caring women has been so good to me. I started treatment 2 years ago ( addressing my folliculitis), and to be able to see where I have come from overwhelms me. Cynthia is absolutely the best. She takes care to prescribe the right combination of treatments and product, her after care check ins are so heartwarming and she is always willing to accommodate me. I was told by the manager of the store that if I didn't like her servie I should go to another Deluxe Spa as she is nice to all her customers and that I was the only person that had an issue with her so she did not have to deal with customers like me! Really sad as she took it personally.
