Dumb'n Drummer

Extremely helpful team at the Douglasdale Station. Had to do a firearm amnesty application. Yes, it took a while in the queues but that’s our fault for waiting till the last days. Captain and team on duty were very competent and dedicated are are to be commended.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at the Douglasdale Police Station this morning. The police officers at the desk were very helpful and polite. Although I was unable to resolve my problem I found them all to be professional and courteous. Officer Jali was especially helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assist. Call the station number over 40 times in one day. They answered once, told me they couldn't find my case info. They will look for it and I should call back later, 'maybe' they will find it.

My sister was 5minutes away from Police after a wheel came out from a trailer that is unlicensed with no registration on it. We tried to contact SAPS multiple times for assistance but no answer. Most of brothers and sisters are killed because of this type of behavior. Government should have work in improving this behavior of not answering.
