Could be the most amazing park but completely dilapidated and unkept. Jungle gyms not maintained, grass not cut pathways uneven, etc...

I ran the Ernest Ullmann Parkrun on Saturday for the first time. The scenery was so beautiful my running time definitely came off second best - kept stopping to take pics! \u200d️ The route backs back on itself, and one does the loop twice to complete the 5km run. It’s relatively flat. It route can be quite dusty in winter - it’s a trail run. Well organised. Looking forward to the next one

The adults Gymnastics classes on offer at the rec centre are great. The facilities are in good condition.

Still a favourite! Despite being a double lapper, overtaking is easy enough on the second lap as there's usually less than 500 runners.
