Faith! Two weeks ago, I was in this beautiful spacious apartment with a group of ladies. The staff and all the workers were outstanding.We felt at home, this apartment is well gated with security. We were able to prepare our own meals because whatever dishes you needed for your cooking was available. The apartment is very close to the Airport. I appreciate Audrie and Alex for their hospitality. What ever assistance we needed was attended too. If you are traveling to Johannesburg I will suggest to you to check this apartment.

Our group stayed here and I liked the Sandton Executive Serviced Apartments management very much. The apartment is well maintained. The best part is that they take pride in their work and service and are responsive and friendly, nothing is too much.

I would like to warn you not to lease any apartment from Blue Chip Accommodation. Unfortunately I did for 13 months and after my return to Amsterdam in June 2014, they were not willing to refund my full deposit of R 19,950. The company has not a proper check in and check out process in place. Coming from the Netherlands, I was naive and thought that it would not be a problem. Although, the furniture was, when I moved in in June 2013, already full of scratches and dents Blue Chip Accommodation accused afterwards my cat of destroying almost all their furniture. I also had a hard time to get repaired all kind of other damages (walls, bathroom, kitchen cupboards etc.) and that for a monthly lease of R 19,950. Also, several times they try to charge me ridiculous high cost for electricity because the apartment has no own electricity meter and I could not measure it myself. Be careful, I am convinced that this is their way of getting more money from former tenants, especially when they leave the country.
