The service of this group is very poor, I have been emailing my son's certificate of existence for several times and also tried to fax it but still they did not get it . If i try to call they keep on looking and if the airtime is finished they do not call back to say they got the email or not , people must love their work.

Hi This company is ridicules, unprofessional and the worst service ever. I send ALL my documents through on the 7 September 2020, I then phone them on the 9 October (spoke to Rebecca)only to be told they do not receive my certified ID, which if they had printed the documents they would have received it I then re-send everything on the 9 October 2020 requesting them to call me if there is any problems - I get an email telling me again they did not receive my ID on the 14 October 2020 Do they not have the money to pay out? - what if I died would my family struggle like this to get money owed to me ? Will steer clear from this company at all cost the one star is so that I can post this writing
It is 3 months and I am still waiting for my money I need the contact details of your ombudsmen please. Thank you M.M.Bronkhorst
