Not impressed. Did a claim through insurance guys were a no show on the date and time given. Rescheduled to the following day and made arrangements to have the car available and the installation team was an hour late. all this I accepted but the wrong windscreen was installed or at least some cheaper knock off windscreen with no sun protection at the top and what the call an antenna connection right in front of the drivers field of view. Nothing like the OE windscreen. They refuse to take responsibility and tell me to take it up with my insurance.

The service was good and the stuff was very friendly. My car was well taken care of and the place was clean.

The service from Basil and team is professional and friendly, except for the lady at the front desk. However, the execution was not the best. The wipers were not aligned properly (which they corrected when we spotted it), the stickers were all placed in opposite sides to what it was before and the washer pipes were not reconnected to be able to get water out (this could only be found when it was needed to use the washer). This are the issues identified thus far. We have to find another Glasfit based on where we are and make contact with Glasfit Bryanston to explain what has happened, etc.; it's just additional work and time gone.
