I reserved a demo car, paid the deposit and another salesman (Robin Dale) phoned me 5 days later to tell me the car I reserved has been sold to someone else. The only explanation is that my salesman (Khaba) did not know that the other salesman had almost concluded a deal. I asked for documentation to prove this error they never could provide it. The dealer principal (Mr Toet) could not even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and explain/apologise, after I asked Robin to get him to call. Due to the incompetence and poor handling of this "mistake" I will not do business with this dealership and I would not recommend them.

Shocking customer service all round! Even if you buy one of their top of the range cars the service is poor. Compared to other Jaguar dealerships, Sandton is way behind. Definitely won’t buy another car from them.
