Worse customer service. My luggage was damaged (by them) so I contacted Kenya Airways, and they refuse to get back to me. I did everything they requested when I was still at the airport, but now it has been 1 month and nobody has bothered to reply to my emails or call me back. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are. Do yourself a favour and avoid this airline at all costs.
If you don't want your luggage to arrive you should consider Kenya Airways. Why not simply leave your luggage at your departure airport in a waiting hold. At least then the airline won't mishandled your personal items, fail to deliver them for days and then leave you without any reasonable explanation as to why. The only "Pride of Africa" are the lions in the Kruger Park.
I flew Joburg to Bangkok via Nairobi and never again. Planes are dirty and tatty, ripped seats in the “new” Dreamliner that had over 40 pieces of speedtape stuck over the flaking paint on the one wing. Cabin service is non-existent, mediocre food and drinks are served so late into the flight you’re already dehydrated and falling asleep, you get no attention when you call an attendant with the call button, they refuse to clear the dirty trays until they clear the whole cabin over an hour after dinner is served, just pathetic service. No upside to this airline other than cheap tickets.

Pathetic service.... After getting confirmation... Many calls and Goin in I had my I tickets issued few days later they called and canceled till today they blamed the system for having a fault.... I will continue to bad mouth them.... They have pathetic service... Don't ever fly them... If they really wanted they would allow me to fly after they issued my tickets.... But they are crooks.... Be careful.... It's not about money it's bout inconveniencing me and my family and had to rebook with another airline as they didn't want to give. Plz don't ever fly this airline.... U will b sorry
