This is a criminal organisation. You want to check in online for tomorrow's flight , which has suddenly been cancelled, subsequently they tell you that you were booked on an earlier flight and were "no show" .Fortunately we have proof. But this company cannot be trusted!!

Cannot believe the appalling service (not) provided by KLM on their online booking system I do not have their frequent flyer service and am able to check in online. My partner does have this ‘service’ and therefore cannot be checked in online because they need an extra document check. Once you’ve been stupid enough to add the flying blue number, their supremely un user friendly website will not allow you to remove it. Their response, via messenger is snotty, unfriendly and extremely unfriendly
We flew with our baby of 5 month with KLM for a flight of 10 hours. The crew was very friendly, also checking in, food on-board, entertainment,... Were of good quality. Would recommend this airline.
Excellent, professional, beautiful cabin crew. Unfortunately the airline keeps on losing it's passengers luggage. It happens on every flight to Cape Town. You really caused us tremendous inconvenience.
Terrible customer service!! KLM has blatantly stolen money by canceling a 'time to think option' on a ticket before the actual time it expired thereby not keeping to its side of the contract and therefore it is considered outright theft. Impossible to get hold of someone who could actually help me sor out this issue amd was given pathetic excuses by customer services which just aggravated the situation
