What a lovely experience - no question remained unanswered (and I am curious by nature). And what an outcome! Thorough testing, double checking, confirmation of test outcomes. I never knew that my vision could be better and went for a 'mere checkup', ended up with a new world view - literally.

After receiving my brand new Ray Ban framed reading glasses, I noticed after some use that they were a bit uncomfortable. I returned to K&MO to enquire about adjusting the nose pads and the technician noticed a minor defect in the frame construction. K&MO enquired with Ray Ban to have this fixed and they sent through some new frames, free of charge! K&MO had new lenses made for me, fitted them the to the new Ray Ban frames and now I am the proud owner of a brand new Ray Ban pair of glasses with no financial penalty to me :-) Through this whole process, K&MO have been in regular contact to provide updates and assistance, always friendly and helpful. Now *that* is fantastic service!
