I popped in to Lexus Fourways really late last Tuesday to get their opinion on a second-hand Lexus 570 I was looking at buying at a Sheriff Auction the next day. The salesman was very cordial and after some discussion he consulted his dealer principal to get a valuation on the vehicle. I obviously needed to know what price to bid on the vehicle at the auction. The salesman advised that they would be prepared to buy the vehicle from me for R450 000.00 as long as my description of the vehicle was true. We chatted further and then I left. So, off I went to the Sheriff Auction the next day to buy the Lexus. Lo and behold the Dealer Principal and his Salesman were at the auction! When I asked the Dealer Principal why he did not have the decency to mention to me the afternoon before that they knew the vehicle in question, and that they were interested in buying the vehicle, his response was that they were "under no obligation to mention anything". Needless to say if they had told me they knew about this vehicle and they were going to attend the auction, well then I wouldn't have wasted my time attending the auction and trying to bid against them. Quite frankly what they did was deceitful, and certainly unbecoming of a dealership of stature. A little honesty goes a long long way!

From when you call to when you get your car back efficiency and amazing service. Good use of systems for historical data, don't need to keep giving same information for each booking. Clear explanation of what has been done and why. Refreshments while you wait and clear indications of how long will wait as well as options. Professional, reminds one why the car is worth so much.

Unbelievably poor service that does not even deserve 1 star I took my Lexus IS250 in for a valuation , after receiving a sms from Lexus Fourways saying "selling your car , we wil buy it"i called them and was advised to bring my car in for a valuation.. My vehicle was purchased new from Lexus Fourways...its been a week now since i took my car in , pics were taken and i was advised that i will get feedback within 24 hours and i have not even had the decency of a call from anyone from to date.. In called in several times and left msgs but still no one returned my call...today i called in and was advised that a follow up will be done and i should expect a call within a few minutes...that was 5 hours ago.. I am disgusted at the service i have received from Lexus Fourways , when its time to sell you a vehicle , you will get the best of the best service... i hope once this review is sent and read by the relevant people i will get some service expected from a 13 year old existing client of Lexus Fourways
