Megan is fantastic! You get her full, devoted attention for an hour. I started working with her in 2014, after back surgery. She changed my life completely. I am 100% pain free, if I do her exercises regularly. She really has a way of inspiring people.

My journey with Megan has spanned a number of broken bones and a few operations, but she has gotten me back on my feet even when the doctors told me I may never run again. She has the ability to push you just outside of your comfort zone and where she harnesses that "Oh my goodness, I just did that!" feeling.
