Very disappointed. Ordered a medium tikka chicken with half onion half no onion. When my order came it had onion on 5 of the pieces. Sent it back and it came with with no onion at all. And not to mention the pathetic attitude of the staff.
Accepted the order on UberEats. Made us wait 2 hours and eventually they just cancelled the order. No explanation whatsoever. They could have at least called and explained.
*30 SEPTEMBER Update after complaint*: Mr D refunded my purchase amount and I will use Mr D again. Got this via mr delivery. 1st time pizza from pizza hut and got these 2 awful pizzas. Super dry, too much dough, not the right cooldrink. NOT RECOMMENDED
Ordered the 1 meter big boss pizza in pepperoni, tikka masala and meat lovers. The base was way too greasy and bread-like. The chicken tikka had like 1 small block of chicken per slice. The pepperoni did have enough sauce but at least it had enough pepperoni. The meat lovers had a bbq sauce with a weird taste. Overall a no for me.
We ordered a bunch of things and they messed up. Completely forgot about one item. We had to ask multiple times about it, along with asking for a table to be cleaned THREE times. The cheesy fries were terrible. The giant cookie tasted half baked. And my chicken wings were not great. When I came to leave my review here I wasn't surprised to see this many one star reviews. Staff apathetic. Avoid.
Was there on a Sat @lunch time on month end. Was very busy, however did not have to wait long. The cashier made a mistake with our order (2 of the same pizzas), but it was rectified quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money and decent fast food store pizza.
Honestly do not waste your time or energy here. Eat anywhere else but here. Went in for a sit in. The seats and tables were dirty. Floors had not been cleaned from the hoarders of people attempting to give this place a chance or passing by. The sauces were sticky dirty and over used. They gave us our pizza with no serviettes. No value for money You'll still need to season the pizza. Tastes bland. Dont waste your energy.
