Rather peaceful for an estate in four ways , generally quiet and you almost feel as if your at a lodge away for the weekend

I really enjoyed Sibaya Sands. It has clean and neat grounds. The pool was a bit green though not very enjoyable.

Securities could be a little nicer, but it's a beautiful complex, close to other shopping centers, Monte casino, fourways mall, leaping frog, etc. It has 2 beautiful swimming pool areas with braai stands and a double storey clubhouse with bathroom facilities, bar tables etc. The clubhouse also has a tennis court.

They have racist tenants and the security will call police during the day if you make "noise".

Wonderful secure housing in the ideal location. Schools, entertainment and malls are all around the corner without being on a main route where traffic is a concern. Great investment.
