The experience I had with this pool service is shocking. Unfortunately the owner gets extremely rasist and harasses for no reason whatsoever. I would have liked if they could deal with the matter on a professional note and not including inappropriate content. I will be more than happy to provide full content on screenshots as this company replied saying I am untruthful as well as the confirmation from their side on doing work we never approved on and bringing bad things to light.

I have never had such a bad and expensive service. Steven is the rudest service provider I have ever met. He does shaddy jobs, moving material friom one client to the other. He does not supervise his team. He starts working at anytime he feels like. He has no respect for hos clients. No customer care whatsoever. He makes one feels like piece of nothing. I will never recommend him to anyone. Take himat your own peril. I am left with a skewed new swimming pool

Thulane and his team renovated my pool within 2 weeks. All work was done on time with great workmanship as they had promised.Thereafter they helped me through the process of how to maintain the pool.Thank you again for a job well done.
I received shocking service from Thulane and his team when fixing my swimming pool and water fountain. The quality of the work was sub-par, and I had to get a different service provider to fix some of the shoddiness. Further, when questioned about the quality of the work done, Thulane got combative and defensive (to the point that voices were raised). I would not engage the services of this service provider in the future. 12 months after you painted my pool, the paint is peeling off!
In no time we had a new swimming pool thanks to your team.Keep up the good work. James Mc.
