I would like to pay my highest compliments to Jade, Antonie, Marlene and the whole team at The Bed Shop for this refreshing business experience. The customer service was exceptional - I won the Black Friday bed competition and was treated with a brand new bed, base, a mattress protector and two memory foam pillows. They kept the bed for me until my house was ready for me to move in. We arranged the delivery and received the bed on that same day. Effortless and easy! I highly recommend The Bed Shop when considering your next bed! Great quality, great comfort, great service!

They sold me a bed over a year ago and its flat as a pancake and the top layer of the bed is floating loose and looks like ap blanket, i have never in my life seen such poor workmanship, I spoke to the manager and he keeps lying to me about replacing it, I asked for the head office number and they refused to give them to me, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

fantastic customer service, exceptional guarantee, base sets is actually of top standards. prices is good. comparing appels to appels. the bed shop would be the place to buy a bed.

Absolutely terrible service. I bought a bed in December 2018, a few months later the base broke. I weigh under 60kgs. It took 3 weeks for anyone to come and inspect the bed to confirm that the base is indeed broken. It has taken another 2 weeks for anyone to call me to say the new base will be delivered. When I phone the manager to inquire, he claims that they tried to call me even though my call log says otherwise. They still have the audacity to ask me to pay R350 for the transport of the base which has yet to arrive. I would not recommend even buying a pillow from these people.

this shop takes the prize for worst customer service, just like most reviews they promised to deliver and don't pitch up the whole day, no communication and when you do follow up they are very complacent. They make empty promises and still never deliver and still no communication. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from this shop.
