I brought in my two kids, paying for priority service and the lounge service. Everything seemed to run as it should do and we were done in minutes. Friendly service very efficient. So, applied on Wednesday and by Friday I was told that the docs for one son had arrived in Liverpool. On Monday I was told that a decision had been made for my other son. Its now Thursday and I haven't heard anything. Yesterday was a public holiday and it seems that Sandton will thus only work Monday and Friday this week. So I hope to get notified that the visas are ready early, so that I still have time to fetch them. So all in all, I feel like to communication has been slightly lacking when you consider the thousands of rands extra that I am spending to try to fast track this.

Terrible, terrible service. Letter from British Home office that the case is closed 3 weeks ago. My wife has driven to get information 3 times. Twice she was told different information and on the third time they were closed even though its states they are open. My wife needs to urgently get to the UK due to a recent family emergency. These people just don't care. Don't even bother calling as they never answer - hence my wife driving there 3 times

I applied for a transit Visa on the 7th of December 2020, for travel arrangements on the 13th of January 2021 which is a week away. I payed for the priority service which should have taken 5 days. After trying to call, I only received an email on the 31st of December stating that the document had not been processed meanwhile the TLS App stated that it had been transferred to decision making, this is now going for a month without resolve and it is really disappointing as it affects my travel date and flights are extremely limited right now. What was the point of paying priority and why did you not at least communicate difficulties in time? The one pro I have was that going for the actual biometrics and initial application was a smooth process.

Really impressed with how efficient the staff at Sandton TLS were! Went for biometrics and it literally only took 10 minutes! Well done to the staff their for making this experience a pleasant one!

Fantastic service. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment, and was screened for Covid, went through a reception procedure, through security and had my biometrics complete before my appointment was scheduled to start. All in all a very pleasant experience. Staff were exceedingly courteous too.
