The Doctors there are great, very professional and patient. They really make you feel like you are in the right place. The theatre staff is also great, scanning staff at the Dr's room excellent. The accounts dept can improve. The supervisor there is amazing, but her boss on the other hand can learn from her. The experience my husband and I had yesterday left a bitter taste in our mouth. The way it was handling by Sr Joy was not professional at all and unacceptable. She just said well you have to come back for that procedure because your appointment was made in the afternoon and that procedure is performed in the morning. I was not there when the appointment was made and it is, what it is, we can't help...no apology, no nothing. Or No, I will find out where the miscommunication might have been. I will revert back to you. Please accept our apology. No ccountability at all. Its people like her that let's down the institute like that because she is failing to see that she os the face of the clinic in the eyes of the patient when the matter is brought to her attention.

Amazing service and professional and friendly set up makes you feel confident and comfortable that your health needs will be well taken care of. One gets the feeling that each person in the practice, from secretary to doctor, has a vested interest in your problem with a great personal touch. A bit more expensive than other establishments but you certainly get what you pay for.

Fantastic! Good service, fair prices, lovely space, good speed with your fertility processes, amazing patient / bedside manner! All the medical practitioners are wonderful but a special shoutout to Dr Gobetz!

After trying to conceive for more than 3 years, I was referred to Vitalab by a friend. I finally got a concise diagnosis & clear plan of what to do to help us conceive. Dr Volschenk was amazing, as was every other doctor that helped (with egg retrieval and embryo transfer) I had my first ever positive pregnancy test December 2018 after a frozen thawed embryo transfer our beautiful baby girl was born last year August. We really walked in as patients and we left there as parents! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I had an operation here in 2018. The service was amazing and the doctors were very professional and easy to speak to. The staff was welcoming and very patient. I was very anxious with this being my first time undergoing something like an operation but coming here was a great decision. This clinic was referred to me by my doctor in Botswana. So they have good reputation even outside of south africa.
