Worst service ever!! Unfriendly sloppy staff whom you really annoy when you ask for assistance. All slouch in there chairs and glued to there fones and till today they have not shown me how to check my WHAPP bundle balance!! THERE ARE 2 VODACOM STORES IN THE MALL I AM REFERRING TO THE ONE NEXT TO GAME.

I'm beyond ANNOYED at the level of rubbish service provided by the two coloured ladies. Sought assistance with porting to Vodacom and after receiving conflicting advice from them I opted to instead purchase a new SIM card and get a new number. Went through the "RICA" process only to get home and find out that the purchased SIM is not RICA'd. Mxxxmmmm useless folks.
