She is able to work with people from all levels and enjoys it when her students do well, grow and transform. over time. Rhé is the most patient, understanding and encouraging yoga teacher there is, she brings a calmness as well as a spiritual side to her studio. She is full of life, has the utmost respect for everyones strength and weakness, is very experienced and always makes you feel comfortable. I was a serious beginner as a yoga student and to see such great improvements keeps me coming back for more!
