I was browsing in store and saw an ad on one of Cash crusaders screens for GTA V claiming they will pay R150 for it and sell for R220. I came back a few weeks later and was offered only R80 for the game. I also had some other stuff that I wanted to get rid of that was in my way like a lawnmower and weed eater. I showed the buyer pictures and specs of the items and he said they will pay between R1500-1600 for both. I came back the next day and was offered only R800. Not happy that I wasted my time and money to go there. Rude and unwilling to help today. Cashier just standing and apparently she’s helping another customer, but just standing for something like 10 minutes. After a while a saw earphones partly behind the counter and started to look at earphones to buy. I then saw a set that I liked and took them from the rack. The cashier then told me I am not allowed behind the counter, but was unwilling to help me and was still just standing behind the counter. She could see me browsing for earphones because she was quick to reprimand me for getting them, but while I was browsing she did not offer to assist. She was “helping” the other customer, but not doing anything. I exploded, because even when entering the door, the staff there wanted to assist, but I knew what I wanted, only this cashier that was lazy, or just having a bad day and deciding to take it out on customers. Not going there again

They sold me a iPhone that has an activation lock on it the management is a thief who are refusing to even listen to the issue cause she knows she made a mistake i have people who was there the day she sold me the thing and they heard what I said when i took the phone she didnt the phone should never have been place on the floor nevermind sell it to someone
