The service I have received from them was excellent until you have them as a ISP then the service disappears and you are left paying for something that does not work, 6-8mb/s package I get 0.5-1.8mb/s and latency upwards of 250ms. You can call and speak to someone they will tell you to check your speed and are you connected to the router? then it will work for a few days maybe a week, (this is the exception most of the time) then back to the same nonsense, and don't expect to hear back anything if they tell you, you will get a call back.

I don't go a day without having problems with them.My internet basically never runs the speed I pay for that said if its even Working. Have Contacted them multiple times they fix it for 5 mins then it drops again. I Won't recommend them to anyone even if I got paid.

Great value. I would refer them to anyone. Don't waste your time with other service providers in the area. You might just end up using GlidePath in the end.... Update: 03/13/2020 - Been with GlidePath for almost a year now and they still have unbeatable service. For anyone not with them yet. what are you waiting for.
