Phenomenal hygiene and quality service even though it ain't a good place to be (hospital). They ensure that you don't experience the pain of being in a hospital with their support and quality assurance and treat you as their patient but not a customer because your life to them is worth more than your money.

It's hospital in did but in other way u can't say so it's like a hotel thy is a good carrying by this hospital I liked it very much
Over the years this once good hospital service has turned into a nightmare. Service has dropped, staff moral droped, lot changes with communicating with patients or rather the medical aid payer. Before kids wards used to sevr food to child and parent. Now without communicating out of the blue only the child is served food. For heavens sake the canteen is always without solid food. Where will the parent get lunch or supper? I dont think I'll ever take my kids here.
Received the service I never expected, the food was bad being hospitalized for 5 days but given pap en chicken plus gravy everyday. No one was cleaning my room the stuff was also unfriendly. I was covid 19 patient and had to emergency c section. I dont see myself going back there again and I won't recomend to my friends or family

Best experience ever. My boyfriend was with me through out till I gave birth. Amazing staff, nurses there were very understanding.
Ya neee I don't know where to start but I'm so disappointed 1,waiting on a que from 13H30 to 16H00 before a 5 year old who got electrical shock and pass out could be attended 2, being helped by a nurse who can't see if she took enough blood from that tiny hand using that big thick needle and the procedure had to be repeated from the other hand... .. 3,Getting to the xray area to find the staff chatting and ignoring us until they are satisfied with they personal talk then attended the child after 20mnts of chatting while we sitting for nothing, I'm talking about a group of 5 people. 4,Then going back to casualty when we ask whats next they just tell us to just sit..as we speak we still waiting for what we don't know... Time spent here so far its from 13H30 n now it 17H40 See me now see me no more..... Thanks but no thanks.... So much for a private hospital
