Unplanned detour for a visit to seven oaks winery. The hosts truly put in a lot of effort to make sure we had a wonderful wine tasting experience. We had a tour through the cellars and the wine is excellent.

What a place to end 2020 in! Truly magical and peaceful, just what was needed after this tough year. We stayed in the Malbec cottage: a spacious, incredibly clean, all-you-could-ask for gem of a home. We were welcomed with gorgeous smelling roses, delicious biscuits and a delightful bottle of Seven Oaks wine. Our favourite part has to be the divine Turkish bath. A cooling space during the day and a wonderful hot tub at night. Sitting in the hot tub at sunset with a glass of wine has to be what dreams are made of! The mountain backdrop is just icing on the cake. We were privileged enough to sit under the majestic oak trees on New Years Eve and get to know more about our adventurous hosts, a truly memorable evening. Thanks to Patrick and Jacqui for being incredible hosts, we will certainly be back.

What a great place to stay a few nights and have some of the best wine south africa has to offer! The cottages are super nice with an amazing turkish bath to cool off. Highly recommended!
