Best Postnet by far very helpful, friendly and professional... after visiting Postnet Gardens,where the staff don't greet and the prices are made up on the spot by the employee's. I would rather drive to Somerset Mall to visit this Postnet

Awesome service. Advised which DHL box would suit as needed to unpack my parcel of kid's clothes. With their help managed to fit all bar one item! Following all protocols in store and only 3 customers allowed at any one time.

A month ago i got a message to pick a parcel up. It took more than 30 minutes for them to locate the parcel due to incorrect/missing labelling. Yesterday (a month later) i received an sms that a parcel is ready to be collected. The sms was resent today. When i got there it turned out to be the same parcel. Waste of my time and petrol.
