Great fun for kids and adults. We did the alpaca walk, so we got to walk around the farm, each leading our own alpaca. We then went into the barns to see the breeding stock and babies. The guide was great, very informative. The food and drinks from the cafe were delicious and there was beautiful alpaca wool clothing available to buy. The farm seems to really care for, and take care of, its animals.

I love this rustic place. Best to go during the week when it's quiet and social distancing can be observed. The coffee shop is cute and the staff friendly. And the animals are well cared for.

The absolute cutest alpacas and other animals! Fantastic service and such an informative barn tour! They sell wonderful alpaca-based products too, it’s really worth paying them a visit. Can’t wait to be back.

Cuties lamas ever. The children were able to feed the animals. There were lamas, sheep, goats, donkeys, horses, camels, ducks, chicken and the kids said they saw bunnies but personally I didn’t see bunny. There is a nice big playground area where kids can play. Also, a lovely shaded area in the middle of the fenced animals where there is a picnic area with nice wooden chairs and tables. The staff is so friendly and polite and it’s very patient with children.

Very friendly reception, with all COVID-19 protocols in place and enforced. Enjoyed the Americano coffees we ordered, including some banter with the barista staff. Although we didn't enjoy any of the other fare on the menu, the cakes and tarts on display looked delicious! Feeding the inquisitive alpacas was fun - for proper attention, be sure to offer them a proper handful of the feed (which you can purchase at reception when paying for the petting site access (R20pp access, R20 per bag of feed, Sep 2020)). The Angora goats, as well as some sheep I couldn't recognise, also happily submitted to hear scratches in exchange for a handful of feed. There were also some camels and donkeys we didn't get to visit. There is a little playground in the petting area which the youngsters visiting at the same time as us seemed to enjoy a lot. As some alpacas are free-roaming, be sure to check and clean your shoes before climbing back into your car. I'd recommend this as a family visit, good to pass about 1-2 hours including a snack.

Absolutely loved it!! You could feed the animals for R 20 and the tour is R 100 for 45 minutes. The tour is very interesting and informative. You could see the tour guide is passionate about his job and he knows his facts. It is only a 45 minute drive from Cape Town and an experience you don't want to miss.

Interesting morning out. Feeding Alpacas and joining a very informative tour. These Alpacas are adorable with their hilarious hairdos. The children loved it.
