It's so sad to read people's experiences with Eskom, we have been illegally disconnected by Eskom, they have apologised and 6 days later have still not connected our power. What is so sad to see is other experiences with Eskom, it's crazy how people's lives and business are messed up by Eskom. They are forcing people into finding alternative power which will inevitably reduce Eskoms income and staff compliment.... S.A. is going downhill and fast.....

Sad...no service. Security company doing the best under the circumstances
Service of eskom is very bad, its employees are roaming around and being paid for nothing. They don't want to work and always make the excuse of being chased away by community members when they come.
SirMadam I wish to report our outside electricity box. Since the 05 January 2020 immediately the current resumes after loadshedding our danger box at the street has a loud sound. I called the company since yesterday until today at 11h30 I'm holding without any response only the answering machine. I'm scared because I don't know what will happen if it continues with the sound. I stay at number 948/13 Diepkloof Gardens Phase 3. Eskom guy comes and disconnect electricity for 3 houses in our street including my home. We call Eskom to come and reconnect and the guy wants R1, 500
