The experience was quick overall. I walked into the store then realised that they had lottle stock, nothing that suited my personality. Gretchen Swartz recommended that I do the home try-on. The spectacles were delivered the following day, and I sent them back then next day. I am happy with the goodies, got 2 pairs of spectacles.

Their service is so poor....I called them to confirm my appointment which was @12:00. When I got there they are telling me that my appointment was at 10:00. They just starring at me...not even apologizing mind you my eye test is 1year overdue because of their poor service. I swear I will never set my foot there.
