I whis I could gave Fishaways in Springs Mall -5 stars. We waited over an hour for our food. The order was incomplete and the calamari still raw. The fish was very small and tasteless. The rice tasted like it was frozen and then heated in a microwave. Very poor service and food will never buy there again.

I would give it zero stars if I could. We have been waiting for more than a hour for our food to come eventually when we received our food the order wasn't even correct and was missing things. I will not recommend this place at all!
Incomplete order, slow service.
Ordered online waited more than an hour for order to be delivered phoned the shop where a lady answered the phone she refuses to listen not allowing you to give your order number or canceling . Only after I prepared a new meal for my 2year old as I could not wait any longer they arrived. Sent driver back with food as it was no longer required we already made other arrangements. Will not recommend the Fishaways at Spring mall to anybody the staff is rude and incompetant to deal with customers.
Wish I could award less than 1 star. More than 2 hours waiting after ordering and they still cannot tell me where the food is. Second time ordering from the franchise, last time it was Steers, waited over an hour that time. Will not order from Steers /Fishaways /Debonair's Springs Mall again.
I ordered 2 large hakes (R59 each!) and i got 2 small pieces. Dont waste your time going the Springs branch. It wasnt the first time
Ordered a regular coleslaw for R25 and only got halve a bowl of salad and waited about 20 minutes for my order won't recomend going to springs mall fishaways!
Ordered share combo deal with calamari fingers.The food was burnt and only 3 calamari fingers.Called the male manager who proceeded to argue with me.Demanded my money back.I will never go back.
