Lize-Jeanne and Manjé run a very professional practice. From the very first visit I felt that I was in good hands and felt comfortable and well informed about the treatment. I get the feeling they care deeply about their clients and each person receives individualised attention and personalised care. They also interested in you as a person and treat you as a friend. The atmosphere in the practice is very uplifting and positive and one always feels good after a rehab session. Would definately recommend training with Lize-Jeanne. From the first initial consult she approaches the situation professionally and it feels like she really takes an interest in trying to sort out your reason for coming to see her. I have been struggling for a long time with my back and glute and seen numerous people for it. I have been training with her for over a month now and so far I have definately noticed an improvement in my problem areas. Her sessions are well thought out and every session so far has been different which I enjoy. Look forward to training with her so that I can run and gym pain free!
