Daphne is great but the workshop was disappointing. Really disappointed with the reflocking done on my saddle. They had it for over three weeks and it had to be sent back to be corrected because the flocking was uneven and the one panel had been sewn back on skew. I then got charged more than I was quoted for the initial substandard job because their first attempt had take 11hrs instead of the normal time. Please, check your saddles before accepting the work done on them!
