These are new government rdp flats. The government did a fairly good job in building them. There are a few things that I feel could've been done better but overall? They're okay. The constant water cuts and load shedding make it uncomfortable being there. The water is cut almost everyday and the electricity goes every other day. So, with proper planning, you could work around these little setback and make life there comfortable for you and your family. Safety wise, I'd give it a 4/10 because there are gates that surround this place but none of them are ever closed which makes it an easy target for passing thieves. Local taxis also pass here which makes transport easily accessible. There's an internet café, a mini supermarket and plenty of friendly people..

New suburbs
It is more like a kasi town and the streets here are full of people unlike the suburbs, which makes it more easier to interact with my neighbors and meet more new people in a short period of time.
