Good small lab conveniently located. Have been there a couple of times for tests done. Obviously, you might need to wait if they are busy. Friendly staff.

The staff there is very rude and sarcastic. I had gone there for the second time after being turned back the previous day. They refused to do some of the tests although I had fasted the whole morning. Very rude and not helpful

I have used Lancet in Midstream for a while, then i decided to come to this one in Midrand as it is closer! Lo and behold the service is so bad! Twice i received my daughter's results from two annoyed women who rushed through the dosages to be taken as if one is a machine. Every time i asked them to repeat so that i am certain they got so irritated! This disgusting service continues as i took my daughter for a test again yesterday and these PEOPLE are supposed to phone same day and give dosage - THEY STILL HAVE NOT DONE THAT!! I called them several times only for the phone to ring off the hook! I am appalled that human beings can behave in this manner that puts a person's life at such a huge rosk. WHAT DOSAGE IS MY DAUGHTER SUPPOSED TO TAKE??!!!!

We insisted on paying before we leave, and they don't mark it as paid, and then send it to collection. They must be pocketing the payment, and then sending it to collection. They have done this same thing twice. Stay away from the m. They are either crooks or totally incompetent.
