It is not clean, maybe it is the fact that it is old. Everything is falling apart. The bathroom is a nightmare. If they can renovate it and change the bathroom setup, it is horrible, it is making the door to rot. Also, i understand the area has lots of vegetation but they need to fumigate the rooms, mine was filled with spiders and ants.

It's a bad place to visit as there are spider webs on the wall corners, broken furniture, smelling bathroom with no hot water, damaged air conditioner, no toilet roll and worn toilet pot, uneven curtains and no wifi but the rates equal to other guest houses in the same area with good hospitality.

The service was not great at all. The receptionist was not organized, he did not have the correct information from those managing the bookings about names and payments made. The service was slow, and the receptionist would walk out of check in area, in the middle of a conversation without saying anything. The towels were very hard/stiff. The bathroom was too small, you had to sit side ways to use the toilet. The shower knobs were too hot and were dripping, so they would burn you when they dripped and when you tried to close them after a shower. Parking was a nightmare, spaces were small and the receptionist knocked on our door around 10pm to move the car. There were only 2 instant coffee satchets in a 3 sleeper room. The pillows were really hard and there were no substitutes. Good things to appreciate was a bed to sleep on under an air conditioned roof.
