Phoned to source some spare parts for a bike rack I bought. Dylan and Bosa was helpful from the get-go. They sourced the parts and when the warehouse messed up they still managed to get me my spare parts without hesitation. Well done gents - haven't received this level of service in a long time!

I have not had a good experience with the Southdowns store. Took my pram wheels in for fixing as the always go flat and the spokes are loose and the little blue push release button on side to take wheel off has fallen off on a run and needs replacing. They never phoned when they said they would phone. It took just over 2 weeks to get new tubes. I went to the shop to find our if the tyres/wheels where fixed but the wheels where still sitting in the back of shop and no one had put the new tubes in. I was told that they where so busy in December they was no time to put the tubes in but all 3 staff where sitting on chairs outside the shop when I walked in. Anyway I then took the pram wheels to a bike shop to fix for me. I am still waiting for them to let me know when they have the blue push release button for the wheel which has been ordered they said. But this would now be a month ago.

Worst experience ever . Waited 15 minutes for servise yet no one helped me walked to back saw everyone in back asked for helped no responce and walked out will never support these guys again would rather drive further for diffrent thule branch

What a great experience, from going to view the products, to ordering them and then going to have them fitted. Melvin and Emanuel made my day, they were knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me. They deserve a proper christmas bonus! I will definitely recommend this store to everyone that I speak to, and it is purely because of these 2 guys! Well done!

Exceptional good service, well stocked, friendly and professional staff . Melvin is amazing. Only con is there's no dedicated customer parking which they need when they fit the accessories on your car. Highly recommended
