They offer the most horrible customer service.They simple can not coordinate their bookings. My family had to stay in 2 units far apart from each other. The standard of the house is low, the pictures are deceiving. The attitude toward customers is disgusting. I don't see my self going back.

The Dstv was not working at all. The house was infested with ants. The ants got into our food in the kitchen. There was ants in the bathroom. The whole house was very unkept. Pots and pans had grime. They take ages to give your deposit back. The pictures on the net is beautiful but when you reach there its . The gas got finished half way through the braai. I would personally not pay so much for what we experienced...

Pics are are so misleading as my high expectations was short lived as the place was crawling with ants,the splash pool was dirty,the access gate stopped working,the gas braai was filthy as the catch tray was over flowing with fats and oils from previous braais and to add to it I paid R1000 in cash(refundable)and only after making numerous calls for my refund I managed to get it after 3 weeks but here's the annoying part.A CHEQUE a bloody CHEQUE was deposited into my account which take a further week to clear and I was charged R45 bank fees..so 1 whole month pathetic service won't be contacting u guys eva
