On the 14th Jan 2020 I bought 4 boxes of wall tiles and 3 bags of tile adhesive- totaling just over R400-00 - the gentleman (salesman) rang up 39 boxes of tiles. Totaling R5600-00, when paying I paid by credit card, the sum taken from my account was R5600-00, this amount went of my bank same day. Before I left their premises on the 14th Jan 2020, I noticed the error. The Salesman apologize and did a refund on my credit card for R5100-00. Its is today a week later and my own money does not reflect back in my credit card. On called today trend Tap and Tile and was told it can take up to 10 days!!!! This is a joke - why do I have to wait for my own money if Trend Tap & Tile made the error. Poor poor poor
